WWE is earning 1,154,000 per week in TV rights fees. Last year the cost of each television taping was $600,000, but because of the high cost of producing the TV in High Definition, the cost jumped to $750,000 this year. Since the weekly cost of running two television tapings per week has sky rocketed to 1.5 million, they are no longer making the regular profits due to high cost is more than the show makes domestically.
