*Mickie James-I guess ever since Mickie started putting on some weight she was in the dog house-which by the way is an assinine reason to fire someone-well one of the reasons anyways. She was also expanding her horizons in the singing field. Naughty, naughty Mickie. This just gives me another good reason not to like the Women’s Division in the federation. She was one of their top performers. I guess the powers that be just don’t want talent anymore. I have heard the rumors about he being late to getting on buses and her attitude backstage, but they could be construed as just that, rumors.

* Katie Lea Burchill-It was just a matter of time before they got rid of her since her partner in crime Paul Burchill was released.

* Shelton Benjamin-He was being under-utilized by the federation and my bet is that he will go to TNA fairly soon, I hope so anyways.

It seems to me as if Batista might not re-up with the federation either. Apparently he was going to be in a movie, but then because he hasn’t signed a new contract with WWE, the role went to HHH. Ouch!! He wants to go into movies after his career in pro wrestling is over. The man isn’t getting any younger and being a 40 year old in the biz, it would be a good idea to get out while you can still walk. Lets face facts here, he has had many injuries and could have more if he sticks around for another few years. Get out while you can Dave!! Unless of course he needs the money, I hear he is a big spender. If he is still there at the end of the summer, then we have our answer.

This past Monday on Raw, the Smackdown crew had to take over because of the Raw roster being stuck overseas because of the Iceland volcano ash cloud. It’s unfortunate that the ratings weren’t very good. For what they had to work with, I would say the show wasn’t too bad. It could have been better. Don’t worry Smackdown guys, I’ve been disliking wrestling as of late anyways, so no matter who they would have put on the show I probably would have hated it.

The one thing I had a big problem with is the fact that the WWE World Champion had to job to the Undertaker. We all know Undertaker is an Icon in the industry, but if they were wise they would have let Swagger get a win against the deadman, whether it was by cheating or not. This is just another prime example of poor writing in the federation. With Swagger you could have a champ that is cocky, a rule breaker, but a hell of a good wrestler in the squared circle. The match was actually pretty good, but in the end the ball was dropped and the wrong man won in the end.

Is anyone else sick of this Special Guest Host thing yet? They have officially jumped the shark for me by having “MacGruber” on the show. Ugh….

Lest we not forget about the beginning segment of Raw, HHH talking for at least 20-25 minutes and jawing at CM Punk. I don’t know about you, but they need to have some wrestling on the show right at the beginning. I know I’m tired of all the talking in the first segment. I want the Attitude Era back, but with the show being PG rated, it ain’t gonna happen.

This coming weekend is another PPV by the WWE. Do I care? Not really. They need to quit the need to have a PPV every month. How about one every other month? Is that so difficult to do? Have some time to build up storylines and put on some decent shows for once. I hardly believe that having a PPV every other month will hurt the bottom line. In reality I think it would help them in the end. It builds up the drama and the excitement to watch the darn thing. It’s kind of like the Guest Host deal on Raw, it’s stale and old and something needs to be changed.

Oh yes, the WWE Draft starts on Monday also. Who will go where? Does it matter? Will we tune in to see this? I could careless. The stories they are telling right now in the ring suck, there are no real new main eventers so what if the go to a different show. Next week they will be right back to where they were from anyways. It’s inevitable, it happens all the time, so I don’t care who will be going where? Whatever, next topic please…..

TNA really likes to spill the blood on the mat whenever they can. I guess the federation thinks if there is blood, it’s good for ratings. All I ask for is some good solid wrestling and a good storyline as there once was oh so long ago in whatever federation I was watching at the time. There is also a new TNA Champ in Rob Van Dam. Will he get busted as he did while the WWE Champion? Lets hope not. I like the man as champ, he can still put on a hell of a show.

In my opinion TNA should go back to Thursday nights, or even get off the schedule of Monday night. It’s hurting them in the long run. Move to Tuesday if you need to, but to think they will stomp on the WWE in the ratings is just plain idiotic. I was hoping they were going to do really good in the ratings, but I see the writing on the wall. That writing says, “MOVE THE SHOW TO A DIFFERENT NIGHT!!!” Is Spike really happy with a 1.0 rating on a consistent basis? It appears as if they are-for now anyways. The juggernaut that is the WWE is just too big right now to have a battle on the same night, believe you me.
